Solution If you are using a Mac you will need a windows media compatible software application loaded to view your event. Depending on your version of OS. You will need to download the following file.

1 .Click here to download Windows Media for Quick Time also known as Flip 4 Mac

Once you have installed the software applications listed above you will need to submit a ticket and request a link to the event for a MAC user. Please remember to include your Transaction ID in the request as this will be used to verify you have purchased the event.

You will then receive a response from Customer Service that includes a link to the event. Simply take that link and enter it into windows media player for Mac or Flip 4 Mac.
