What do I do if my video freezes?
Solution
If your Video is frozen for more than 5 seconds follow the below steps before contacting our support team.
** If you are watching the video using our new embeded player within Internet Explorer**
- Click refresh on your internet browser and the page will attempt to reconnect_
** If you are watching the video within Windows Media Player**
- Click the stop button and then click the play button. At which point it will attempt to reconnect.
If the video is still frozen please open a support ticket off of the main page.
