Fairbanks, AK   -  The University of Alaska Fairbanks and B2 Networks today announced a multi-year partnership that will bring Nanook hockey to the industry leader in broadband broadcasting. Beginning with the October 3 exhibition game vs.the University of British Columbia, all Nanook home games, selected road games and the Brice Alaska Goal Rush tournament will be available on B2 Networks.

Fans wanting to watch Alaska Hockey on B2 Networks will need a high speed Internet connection and a current version of  Microsoft Windows Media player.  Individual games will be available for $7 (US). Viewers will also be able to purchase a Nanooks' season pass for $75 with live access to all Alaska games broadcast on B2 Networks. Fans will be able to order copies of any archived game on CD directly from B2 through the B2onDermand feature. By partnering with B2 Networks, Alaska becomes the 5th team from the CCHA to have their games broadcast on the Network joining Lake Superior State, Northern Michigan, Ferris State, and Nebraska-Omaha.With 31 NCAA Division1 programs partnered with B2 Networks, hockey fans will have more options than ever before to watch their favorite teams and players.
